- OUR CANCELLATION POLICY - WE UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS
- We get it, life's full of surprises! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment via email, text, or phone call – no worries, no charge. For cancellations within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the service rate will apply. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service rate. Your credit card on file will be charged for these fees. This helps us manage our schedule and serve everyone better.

- For ease and convenience, we keep your card on file. This not only streamlines the booking and payment process but also assists in handling any cancellation fees, should they arise, as per our cancellation policy. Rest assured, your card details are kept secure and confidential, handled with the utmost care and respect for your privacy.
- CHILDREN & PETS
- For everyone's safety please do not bring pets or children under the age of 6 years with you to your appointment. Children who are not receiving services are not allowed in the salon.
